ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

     *Registration

REGISTRATION:

Registration of the students will be done when admission in the new session will be announced.

 

ADMISSION:

a) Admission Tests will be conducted at the beginning of the academic year July/Aug against vacancies in P.M/P.E, F.B and K.B in Morning & Evening shift.

b) The Principal, will recommend all those who qualify for approval of President Working Body. A merit / waiting list will be maintained out of those who have qualified for admission and parents will be informed.

c) However students coming from other stations and securing 80% or above in Federal Board Exams may be granted direct admission subject to the submission of students’ dossiers and progress reports on first come first serve basis.

 

PRIORITY FOR ADMISSION:

a) Children of Shaheeds.

b) War disabled with class “A” disability.

c) Serving Army Personnel.

d) Retired Army Personnel with pensionable service /retirement period not exceeding 5 years.

e) Serving / retired PAF / Navy personnel.

f) Civilians paid out of defense estimates.

g) Federal Government employees.

h) Civilians preferably residing in cantonment.

 

C0MPILATION OF RESULT:

Results will be compiled after the completion of admission test. Test papers will be carefully checked and the students who have cleared the tests will be screened out. Final list of successful candidates will be displayed subsequently.

 

RECOMMENDATION BY THE PRINCIPAL:

The principal will recommend the final list to the president working body.

 

APPROVAL BY PRESIDENT WORKING BODY:

The list of successful candidates will be approved by the president working body.

 

DISPLAY OF FINAL LISTS:

Final list of successful candidates will be displayed in the school/college.

 

TERMINATION OF ADMISSION:

The College administration reserves the right to strike off the name of a student from the College roll. Following offences will render a student liable to withdrawal/expulsion from the College with or without warning depending upon the gravity of the offence:-

 

a) Indiscipline, cheating, stealing or immoral conduct.

b) Rudeness to the staff.

c) Willfully damaging College property.Damage will be made good by the parents/guardian of defaulter.

d) Being habitually untidy, unpunctual and neglecting College orders.

e) Possessing mobile phones, arms, fire-arms, knives or any other lethal weapons.

f)  Showing consistently poor performance in academics.

g) Leaving the College premises without proper permission.

h) Fighting with other students.

i)  Smoking or use of drugs of any sort.

j) Continuous use of abusive language.

k) Inviting outside elements to settle the score with fellow students.

I) Chalking on the walls or washrooms.

m) Non-payment of dues within specific dates.

n) Irregularity in attendance.

o) Misbehavior/misconduct of the students or their parents.

p) Students who fails twicein the same class in annual examination.

q) Prolonged absence without leave.

r) Any other offence considered to be serious enough by the College authorities.

 

RE-ADMISSION:

Re-admission  will be granted on payment of Rs.2000. Re-admission fee should be accompanied by a written request/undertaking from the parents that the reason of expulsion will not arise again.

Re-admission will be granted in cases of :

a) Non-Payment of Dues: After clearance of all outstanding dues.

b) Irregularity: An undertaking will be required from the parents to ensure regularity of the student in future.

 

WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION:

  1. For the withdrawal of a pupil, one-month notice is required or else one month’s fee will be paid in lieu of the notice. This will be paid in lieu of the notice. This will be exempted in case of Army personnel.

  2. College leaving certificate will be issued after having cleared the College dues. College leaving certificate fee of Rs. 50 will be charged.

  3. All entries in the transfer certificate will be entered strictly in accordance with the demonstrated performance of the pupil.

  4. College leaving certificates will be signed by the Principal.

 

REGISTRATION FEE:

The prospectus will be given to parents on payment. Properly filled registration form will be deposited in the College office. This fee is not refundable in any case.
